- Blink Regularly: Blinking is a natural preserver of ur better vision. Blinking is ur body's natural way of lubricating ur eyes n preventing dry eyes. The more u blink the better it is for ur eyes.
- Avoid Stress: When u r stressed, u'll find difficult to focus ur eyes on a certain object. In otherwords, avoiding stress can improve ur eyesight.
- Use Sun Glasses: When u go outside, alwayz use sunglasses to protect ur eyes from the harmful r ays of the sun as well as from the drying effects of wind.
- Regularly Palm ur Eyes: Rub ur hands together briskly to generate heat. Once warmed, place d palms over ur eyes. Do dis for atleast a minute, longer if u have d time available to u.
- Have a Chocolate: The dark variety of chocolate offers flavonoids which are important for the protection of blood vessels in the eyes.
- Avoid Staring: Staring is the most commonly practiced bad habit in regards to poor vision. Avoid sitting for long periods of time watching d TV or computer monitor. If ur job requires u to work at a computer, stop once in a while (every 30 to 40 minutes) n look around d room at some distant point for 30 seconds.
- Avoid Dry Air: Air from hairdryers, car vents, air conditioners and fans can make eyes dry, so avoid situations where air blows into ur eyes. When u r in a car, point the air vents away from ur face, n when u use a hair dryer, try to keep it away from ur f ace.
- Eye Excercises: The goal of eye exercises is to strengthen the muscles on ur eyes. These soothing exercises are a great addition to a healthy vision care routine:
- Sqeeze ur eye lids together tightly. Open n blink rapidly several times. Repeat once or twice more.
- Try to move ur eyes upwards n roll d eyes. At first u follow clock rotation. After u make one rotation, reverse the direction.
- Relaxation: Better eyesight without glasses can also be gained through eye relaxation. Consciously rest ur eye muscles every now n then in order to give sufficient rest to d eye muscles.
